Shipping cost varies depending on the location, but free standard shipping is also always available.
Some items maybe shipped seperatly to help you recieve rhem faster. Most items are processed the day the order is placed. Items can also take 1-3 days, and in some cases, items may have longer processing times.
If your order is divided into two or more packages you will still be able to see the delivery times and each individual tracking numbers for each package in separate tabs on your orders tracking page.
All orders are usually processed the day the order is placed. 1-3 days is considered normal but if your order is taking a longer time to process, it may be due to the particular item in the order which may have a longer than normal processing times. You can view the delivery time for each item in your order by going to their specific product page. If you would like to receive the other items in your order as soon as possible, you can always cancel the other longer processing items (for a full refund before the items have been shipped) Your remaining items can then be shipped out immediately. We thank you for your patience and are excited to get your items to you.
If your order has not been packed or shipped yet you can follow the steps below to update your shipping address:
Go to "My Orders" on Shesnutritions.com
Click on your order to view your orders details
Next to your address click on the "Edit" button to update or change your address
If the change is successful, you will receive a prompt that says, "Your address has been successfully updated" and the order details will show the latest address.
If your order has already been packed/shipped Shesnutritions logistics partners unfortunately will NOT be able to update your shipping address. If your package has not yet been delivered, you may contact the carrier directly to see if it would be possible to update your shipping address.
If you haven't received your package but it says delivered, don't worry there are a few things you can do:
1. Verify your shipping address. On the "My Order" page on shesnutritions.com to confirm your order's shipping details.
2. See if someone else has accidently accepted the delivery.
Your family, neighbor, or friends may have accepted the delivery for you. If possible, please check your surveillance cameras to see if anyone has taken your package.
3.Look around the delivery location for your package.
The courier may have left the package in front of your mailbox, home garage, front or back door, your window, or on the lawn. See if it's in any of these places before reporting it missing.
4. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

5. Wait 24 hours for the package to be delivered.
Packages may be mistakenly scanned as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
All of Shesnutritions packages are shipped internationally so you will likely begin to see updates from US shipping companies (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) after the package is cleared by US customs and the US shipping company receives your package. We suggest you check the tracking information on the "My Order" page for more details as it is updated regularly just click "Track" next to the order you want to check.
