Rest assured that you can shop confidently with shesnutritions refund policy and shesnutritions purchase protection policy.

Almost every item bought on shesnutritions is eligible for a return/refund within 30 days if the item is incorrect, or damaged. If you are not satisfied with your item, with just a few exceptions you may qualify for a return/refund:

- Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or have had tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers removed, or are part of an incomplete set.

- Items specifically labeled as non-returnable.

-Free gifts.

In addition, the shesnutritions purchase pProtection policy, offers a full refund for any items that do not arrive, items that arrive damaged, or are not as described.

After you click checkout and complete your payment, congratulations! You've just successfully made a purchase on shesnutritions. You will receive an email confirming the items in your order. You can also view your order information by going to "MY ORDER'' on your account page on shesnutritions.com.

How to remove an item from my cart

To remove an item from your shopping cart:

1. Click the shopping cart icon on shesnutritions.com

2. Go to the item that you want to remove and click the trash bin icon to completely remove the item or the '-' button to edit the quantity. On both the mobile app, or online you can always click 'Remove' to remove the item completely.

3. If you want to delete items in your cart in bulk, you can click the 'Manage Cart' button on the top right corner of the Cart page. Select items you want to delete and click 'Delete'.

How to cancel my order

If your order has not been packed yet, you can still cancel directly from shesnutritions.com 

1. Sign into your account

2. Select the user avatar at the bottom of the screen and click ''Track Orders''

3. Find the relevant order under ''All Orders'' and click "Cancel Items"

4. Follow the instructions on the screen and select the item you want to cancel, the reason for the cancellation, and choose your preferred refund method.

5. Your refund will be processed after submitting your cancellation request. And you will receive an email with the details of your refund.

If your order has been packed, please don't worry, you can still choose to return the item for a refund after the package arrives. You can return the items for refund within 90 days after placing the order.

(Note: Some special items cannot be returned for refund. Please check the refund policy.)
